These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of okstreetwear.com (the "Website") and any purchase made through it. By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

  1. Products and Pricing

All products are priced in EUR or USD depending on the selected market and include applicable taxes where required by law.

Prices may change without notice.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Minor variations may occur due to print-on-demand manufacturing processes.

  1. Orders and Payment

Orders are confirmed upon successful payment.

We accept payment through Shopify Payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and major credit and debit cards.

OKStreetwear reserves the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund when necessary.

  1. Print-on-Demand Products

All OKStreetwear products are manufactured on demand.

As products are produced specifically for each order, certain products may be excluded from standard withdrawal rights under Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

Please review our Return & Refund Policy before purchasing.

  1. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase by contacting contact@okstreetwear.com.

After this period, production may already have started and cancellation may no longer be possible.

  1. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery times:

• Spain: 5–10 business days
• United States: 7–18 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

OKStreetwear is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or incorrect information provided by the customer.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees applicable to shipments outside Spain are the responsibility of the customer.

  1. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects, incorrect items, or products damaged during transport.

Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery and include photographic or video evidence.

Approved refunds are processed within 14 days.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including logos, graphics, designs, images, and text, is the property of OKStreetwear and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

  1. User Obligations

You agree not to use this Website for unlawful purposes, provide false information, interfere with website operations, or violate applicable laws.

OKStreetwear reserves the right to refuse service when necessary.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OKStreetwear shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website or products purchased through it.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order concerned.

  1. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.

Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Algeciras, Cádiz, Spain.
