EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt. Print-on-demand products are excluded from returns under Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU. Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects, incorrect items, or transport damage. To report an issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or video evidence. Refunds are processed within 14 days of approval. Return shipping costs are covered by OKStreetwear for defective or incorrect items; the customer is responsible for change-of-mind returns.
