Return and Refund Policy — OKStreetwear

1. Right of withdrawal (European regulations)

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, without needing to provide any justification.

To exercise this right, you must notify us before the 14-day period expires by contacting us at contact@okstreetwear.com.

2. Non-returnable products — Print-on-Demand model

OKStreetwear manufactures its products on demand and customized for each order. For this reason, and in accordance with article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, products manufactured according to consumer specifications or clearly personalized are excluded from the right of withdrawal, unless they have a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item has been sent.

Returns are not accepted for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind once the product has been manufactured
  • Incorrect size chosen by the customer (always consult the size guide before purchasing)
  • The color on screen differs slightly from the physical product (normal printing variations)

3. Accepted returns

We do accept returns and offer a full refund or reshipment in the following cases:

  • The product arrives with a manufacturing or printing defect
  • The product received does not match the order placed (incorrect item)
  • The product arrives damaged during shipping

4. Return process — Step by step

  1. Send an email to contact@okstreetwear.com within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.
  2. Indicate in the subject: "Return – Order No. [XXXXX]".
  3. Include in the email: your full name, order number, reason for the return, and, in case of defect or damage, clear photographs of the product.
  4. Our team will review your request and respond within 24 – 48 business hours with return instructions.
  5. Do not send any product without having received prior confirmation from us.

5. Return shipping costs

  • Manufacturing defect, transit damage, or incorrect item: OKStreetwear covers the return shipping costs or manages the reshipment at no additional cost to the customer.
  • Withdrawal due to change of mind (when applicable): return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

6. Refund timelines

Once the return is received and verified, or the defect is confirmed by photographs:

  • The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days.
  • The amount will be credited to the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • Depending on your bank, the refund may take an additional 3 to 10 days to appear in your account.

7. Reshipment for defect or incorrect item

If you prefer a reshipment instead of a refund in case of a defect or incorrect item, we will manage it at no additional cost. Please indicate this in your request email.

8. Products damaged during transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged, we ask that you:

  1. Take photographs of the packaging and the product before fully opening it.
  2. Contact us at contact@okstreetwear.com within 48 hours of receipt.
  3. Attach the photographs in the email along with your order number.

We will manage a reshipment or full refund at no cost to you.
